To use myStop®, open the app on your phone:
Welcome & Settings
Here's the welcome screen you'll see when you open your app:
Open Settings, then select your agency from the menu.
If you enabled location when creating your account (granted GPS Access), the agencies will load based on proximity to your location, making it convenient for you:
Press the agency you'll use. and it will load to display its service area:
From this screen, you can select your routes, plan your trip, view any service-related alerts, locate and add frequently used stops and/ or routes as favorites, and more.
TIP: When you create an account on the myStop® website, you can add favorite stops and routes in your personal subscription section. Those will display on the phone app when you open it.
Let's start with planning a trip.
Trip Planning
Press Trip Planning to get started:
Enter your starting and ending locations. You can add just the first few letters, too. Why? The software uses pattern matching to locate stops that match your entry:
Then press Get Directions:
Then you'll see a menu of available trips. Simply press the one you want to use. In the example below, we're going to use the trip that begins in 28 minutes.
TIP: Notice the app states the bus is delayed for the trip we picked. The software prompts you if a bus is running behind, so you can best plan your travel. The software uses estimated depart times (EDT) and scheduled depart times (SDT). The estimated time is based on the vehicle location and is very useful for you so you can best plan when to leave.
TIP: Near the top of the screen, you will see other travel modes. Be sure to select the transit icon for trip planning using public transportation.
Your Trip Selection
After choosing the trip you need, you'll see the following screen, which highlights the details of your travel. You can swipe down on the screen (highlighted in red) to review the details for your trip- walking time, transfers if needed, cost, travel time, public messages, how busy locations are over time, save the trip for later use, be an anonymous contributor for feedback about your riding experience, and more...
When you use the swipe bar, highlighted in red, you can scroll down to view details for your trip:
Information Button - Public Notifications
When you press the Information button, you will see public messages that relate to the service you're going to use:
Add to Calendar & Agency Info Buttons
Notice you can even add the trip to your calendar as a reminder. Just scroll down on the screen to add a reminder. You can also press the button for Agency Info to access and use a built-in link to the agency website:
Cool Optional Features- Share Your Feedback About Your Ride Experience
Not Too Crowded, Accessibility, Temperature, Security Onboard: When you press any of these buttons, you can share your feedback about your experience. Why? This helps other riders be more informed about the riding experience others have had. Just make your selections then press Submit. That's it!
IMPORTANT TIP: This reporting feature is 100% anonymous and optional.

Live View-Navigational Help
When you press this button, you can use the built-in navigational tool to walk you through your trip. Begin by pressing Turn On. You'll see tips and the app will prompt you with directions:
Service Alerts
Press the Service Alerts button to view any active messages:
Alerts can be a low, medium, or high priority:
Favorite Stops
You can quickly check the depart times for any stops you've added as favorites. Press the favorites button to view any routes and the depart times for the selected stop:
Any favorites will be displayed in the menu:
Simply press one of your favorite stops to see all routes servicing it. Notice you can toggle between Departures by Time or Departures by Route. In the below example, we're using the Departures by Stop menu:
Select the service you want to use by pressing the bell icon:
Then set up the alert for your departure notice. Use the dropdown menu to choose when you want the alert to come to your phone and enter your phone number:
TIP: You can use the myStop® phone app to set up a one-time alert. In this case, the software will allow an email alert, rather than a phone alert.
Add Favorite Routes
If you press the Departures by Routes button, you can see the departure times by route for the stop you selected. The selected stop displays at the top of the screen:
Toggle Your View
Do you prefer a satellite view? Just press the globe on the lower right of the screen to change your road view. This button allows you to easily toggle between views:
GPS Location Finder
Press this button to see your location:

Search Another Agency
Let's say you're out of town and want to use myStop® for another location. Simply open the menu:
Then press the Settings cog to adjust the agency you'll use:
Select the agency you'll use from the menu:
