myStop® Mobile Application
Avail Technologies' myStop® mobile app puts real-time bus information and trip planning right in your hands! It allows quick and easy access to live vehicle location and schedule information for many public transit agencies throughout the United States, spanning from Florida to California and Alaska, and 33 agencies throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
The myStop® phone apps bring you great performance and usability. You can use it for all your trip planning needs, with a built-in Google search option, easy access to service alerts, integrated email and text notifications, real-time bus tracking, available seating information, and much more.
Setting Up Your myStop® Mobile App
In your phone app store, search for myStop® app by Avail Technologies:
Download the app to your smartphone (any Android or iPhone)! The app will look like the screenshot below. Just click on it to open it to plan your trip.
When you open the app you will see the welcome screen. Tap Continue.
Tap Continue.
The next screen asks you to Grant GPS Access to enable your location so the software can filter agencies by proximity to you. This is a required step.
The app will ask you to select your preferred transit authority. You can search for yours in the Search field, then select it. Agencies that use myStop® will display in the menu.
After making your selection, tap Done.
Next, you'll see the agency welcome screen. From here, you can view Service Alerts, plan a trip, or select the routes you need. The example below is for a customer who already added the service they'll use:
