Passenger Information Website: myStop® Real Time Information
There are many advantages for you to create an account for myStop® and it's fast and easy to do! When you have an account, you can set up recurring alerts for stops you use often, so you know when the bus is departing, and so much more.
"I love myStop®! I have the stops I use for work all set up with 10-minute alerts that come straight to my phone, so I know when to walk out to grab my ride to work. I use the EDT (estimated depart time) instead of the SDT (scheduled depart time) because it's based on live information from the vehicle. I rely on that all the time!"
How do I create an Account and log in?
First, locate the agency URL (the myStop® application website). Each agency website provides embedded links for you to easily create an account and sign in to set up your preferences. After you have an account, you can use the website or the phone app to plan your recurring trips.
Important Tip: Accounts can only be created on the website. Please begin there. Then download the app from your mobile app store.
Click on the button Try myStop® to get started! Then select the Sign Up Now button at the bottom of the popup. You will need to enter a valid email address and a password twice to confirm accuracy, then just click register.
After registering, you will receive a verification code in your email. Copy it to use it to confirm your email as valid on the myStop® website page. You'll see a popup confirmation on myStop®.
After you receive your verification code in your email, enter it into the Email Verification box on the myStop® website to complete your registration.
That's it! Congrats! You're done! Now you can begin setting up your favorites to personalize your account and more.
Password Reset
If you ever need to reset your password, use the built- in link, located in the myStop® menu. Simply enter your email and press recover password.
You'll receive an email from the agency. Use it to reset your password.

Enter the code from the email on the popup back on the myStop® website:
You will receive a temporary password to use to log in. Log into your account using the temporary password, then change it to something private in your account settings.
