My Account Settings
After you create an account for myStop® on the myStop® website, you'll be able to customize it for the service you use. You can subscribe to public messages and even make them route-specific, so you see the information you need most, front and center. You can specify the route/s and stops you use most and set up text alerts for departure times. And you can even set quiet times, so you only get notifications during your preferred times. Let's walk through it - Log into your account to begin!
Personal Information Tab
When you're logged in, you'll see the following popup where you can begin customizing your travel needs!
Phone Verification
Required Step: A required step is to verify your phone number. This is needed for setting up your text alerts. When you verify your phone, you'll see a popup message. You must enter your phone number and check the box to accept the terms and conditions. Then press Send Access Code:

You can also subscribe to email, phone, or both, to receive your alerts, by simply checking the boxes in the menu:
Use the Personal Info tab to set quiet times, so you only get text alerts during your preferred times:
You can also change your password, though this is not required. Want to delete your account? Just press the link on the lower left. Then use the built-in link to review the Privacy Policy, too.
Logout: Use the logout button to log out of your account when you're done. It's also located on the Personal tab:
My Subscriptions
Your subscriptions are the routes/ stops you set up as favorites. Use the subscriptions tab to customize the service you plan to use. You can add as many routes as you need. In the example below, the College Avenue Connector route is already set as a favorite. They also included route-specific notifications, so they'll get text alerts for the stops they use:
Route-Specific Alerts
"I use the Atherton Connector to go to and from work. Can I subscribe to only those alerts in my account?"
Yes! Here's how. Use the dropdown menus to make your selections. Pick the route, then choose the stop you need. Then check the box to include route messages. You can also set up text alerts to receive an alert before the bus departs your stop.
Below we see the College Ave Connector is scheduled for alerts, along with the stop used and the range of time selected for alerts:
When setting alerts for the stops you use, use the time picker menu to adjust the set of minutes you want to be notified- before the scheduled depart time from the stop. Then scroll down and press Save.
After customizing and saving routes to your account, you'll see a popup message to confirm. This message displays for each route you save:
Add Another Subscription
Want to add another route? Simply press Add Subscription.
Then use the routes menu to find the route preferred. Use the stops menu to select the stop. Set the set of minutes for your alert, then save:
If you no longer need a saved route subscription or want to update the stops you use, you can edit or delete them. Open your Subscription tab and select the pencil to edit, or press the X to delete the subscription:
If you edit/ adjust your preferences for the route, you'll see a popup to confirm you've saved those updates:
