Navigating the Help Center within the myStop® Mobile App

This article will guide you through accessing and navigating the Help Center within the myStop® mobile app, ensuring you can find the information you need quickly and easily.

Accessing the Help Center

  1. Open the myStop® mobile app: Launch the myStop® app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the Menu: Tap the menu icon to open the main menu.
  3. Select Help Center: In the menu, find and tap on the Help Center link

Navigating the Help Center

  1. First Screen: After selecting the Help Center, you will be taken to the main Help Center screen featuring the How To articles.
  2. Selecting an Article: Tap on any article to view its content. This will open the article within the app.

Navigation Features

Back Button: Located at the top left of the screen, this button takes you back to the Real-time Info page.

myStop App Logo_blk.png Help Center Logo: Clicking the Help Center logo will take you to the home page of the myStop® Help Center.
Search Bar: Use the search bar to find specific content within the Help Center.
Breadcrumb Navigation: Located below the search bar, this allows you to jump back to the category or Help Center home pages.

Using the Breadcrumb Navigation

  • Home Page: Click on myStop® in the breadcrumb navigation to return to the Help Center home page.
  • Category Page: Click on the category name to go back to that category's listing of articles.

Viewing Articles

  • Article Content: Once you select an article, you will see the same navigation features as on other pages.
  • Toggle Navigation Button: This button allows you to open a side panel navigation where you can see different categories and articles. Tap to the right of the screen to close the side navigation.
  • Table of Contents: For longer articles, a table of contents section will appear. Tap the table of contents text to expand it and click on any headers to jump to that section.

Additional Features

  • Zoom: Double-tap any image to zoom in, and double-tap again to return to the normal zoom level. You can also use the pinch feature to zoom the text to your preferred size.
  • Links: Articles may contain links to other articles or resources. Clicking on these links will take you to the respective content within the Help Center.
  • Previous and Next Article Buttons: At the bottom of each article, you can use these buttons to navigate to the previous or next article in the series.
  • Return to Top: If you're using an Apple device, double-tap the status of your phone (near the date and time) to automatically scroll to the top of any article.
  • Back Arrow: Click on the back arrow to return you to the Real-time Info screen. Note that the back arrow will not take you to the previous Help Center article.
